SUMMIT SDR30 30" Wide Built-in Drawer Refrigerator

Summit offers a quality line of commercially approved drawer refrigerators, including single drawer options for built-in installation. The SDR30 is a single drawer all-refrigerator that meets NSF-7 and UL-471 commercial standards and is also approved for residential settings. It's sized at just under 30" wide for an easy fit in standard cutouts, with a front-breathing design that allows built-in installation. The fully finished black cabinet also enables freestanding use. The drawer features 304 grade stainless steel construction inside and out, with a fully finished front that can also be customized with your own overlay panel (not included) to match existing cabinetry style (panel dimensions: 15.6" H x 29.5" W at 3/4" maximum thickness). This unit has a sealed rear with no exposed coils and a right angle plug for an easier fit. Inside, the SDR30 has a 2.5 cu.ft. capacity to accommodate your storage needs. Frost-free operation with fan-forced cooling ensures even temperature distribution with minimal user maintenance. A digital thermostat, located atop the refrigerator drawer, makes it easy to manage the temperature, with an LED display that can be read in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Two removable dividers let you separate the drawer into one, two, or three zones to accommodate a variety of sizes. We also include a half-sized glass shelf. LED lighting affords a convenient view of store contents, while a child lock will disable the digital controls after two minutes of inactivity to prevent accidental adjustments. Additional features include audible alarms for high-temperature fluctuations and open drawer alerts, while a temporary memory function helps to recover all settings in the event of power loss. The Sabbath Mode setting disables certain electrical features during periods of religious observance. With its fully-featured, weatherproof design, the SDR30 is the perfect cooling compartment or beverage holder for home kitchens, as well as hotel spaces, foodservice areas, and more. Additional single drawer choices are available in a 21" and 24" width, with a 36" choice available soon. Note: This unit ships with a polycarbonate strip over the control panel to protect it from the elements. If installing this drawer in outdoor kitchens, keep the cover in place.
