Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your appliance in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
